Welcome to St. Luke’s Episcopal School!

Challenging and nurturing Mind, Body, and Spirit, our community inspires students to lead lives of purpose, faith, and integrity.

How to Apply

The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as easy as possible using our Online Application.  To begin the application process, create an account on our RenWeb portal at stlukesbrschool.org/admissions. This will allow you to fill out a new student application form, which you can complete at your convenience. You will receive a confirmation email once your submission is complete.

Items required for application:

Birth Certificate
Immunization record
Teacher recommendation
Transcripts

A non-refundable $125 application and screening fee must accompany each child's application.

Schedule a Screening

After submitting your child's application, you will be contacted to schedule a screening appointment.  Screenings are typically held in the morning during a regular school day.  During this time, students participate in a basic skills assessment designed to help us determine readiness for the appropriate grade level.

Early Childhood (PK-K) This assessment last about 45 minutes.

Students in Grades 1-8 are assessed in math, reading, and writing skills.

Admissions Decisions

St. Luke's accepts admission applications year-round, including for mid-year entry.  We work closely with families to complete the admissions process as quickly as possible.  Once all application materials and the student screening are complete, you will receive an email with the decision.

If your child is offered a place and you accept, an enrollment contract will be sent.  Families are asked to return the signed contract within two weeks of issue.  Please note that enrollment is not complete until both the signed contract and enrollment fees have been received by the school.

* According to the Canons of the Church, St. Luke's Episcopal School "shall not exclude students because of race, creed, national origins, or, insofar as possible, economic status."
